There have been some lovely receptionists in the past, but my most recent experience was very unpleasant. The receptionist was very condescending and dismissive to my situation. I have had to rebook my appointment twice after 2 cancellations and will be waiting 2 months to attend actual appointment while being in pain on a daily basis, provided it doesnt get cancelled again. The first time it was cancelled 3 weeks after Id booked, when the appointment was 1 week away. I rebooked and waited 2 more weeks for the appointment, only to have it cancelled 1 hour prior to the appointment.

Called them on the phone and was told that in order to register i would need to come in person and hand over my ID and proof of address. Came in person to do that only to be told that i needed to register onlinethanks.

Receptionist is not helpful. They need to learn how to behave with patients. They eere arguing with me while I was sick...

Not reliable service at all, was calling from the scheduled times for over 15 minutes to be hung up on to then calm again three more times and be told all the on day appointments are booked. Now i have to wait three weeks to be booked in. When the phone was answered the members of staff was very defensive and didnt make me feel good at all, even after the horrible waiting times.
