I have a down filled ski jacket which was beginning to get a bit grubby and I was reluctant to try washing it myself as, from previous experience, I dont think down is ever quite the same again after washing. I found Elite on a Google search and decided to give them a try and Im glad I did. Jeff kept me informed throughout and did a brilliant job on the jacket, it looks like new, and was so quick. Full marks! Would definitely use again.

Sent my mountain equipment jack for cleaning and its come back looking like a brand new jacket! All the down inside is spread out and puffed up nicely again it smells amazing and every single mark has disappeared! Its truly been brought back to life. I found the service very efficient and the turn around very quickly meeting my required time for the jacket to be ready as I was needing it for a specific date. 10 stars! Cheers Rob

I took my ancient Mountain Equipment Annapurna down jacket to Jeff at Elite. It was in a very sorry state to say the least! I asked Jeff to clean, re-proof, re-stuff & repair various holes, zips, etc. I was immensely pleased with all the work done & would highly recommend Elite for all down garment/bag work.
