Dont recommend, wasnt told a charge would incur if I didnt get my hoover fixed. if id of been told this upon dropping my hoover in i wouldnt of bothered, 35 for nothing! They try to get you to part exchange your hoover for something thats not half as good and a ridiculous price theyve set. Avoid at all Costs. just a complete rip of money making company.

Ordered parts for my hoover. Needed to change the filters and bag,but had forgotten what to do. The gentleman talked me through and was extremely patient as it seemed to take forever. Excellent customer service an excellent hoover, Mercedes,thank you so very grateful. Christine

I took my carpet cleaner to them for repair- it wasn't spraying, probably because I'd not cleaned it properly after the last use. They replaced the power lead that I had scuffed, but thoroughly covered up and gave it back charging me 80. It broke down almost immediately. They said they had thoroughly tested it. (They can't have.) I took it back and they had another go, it broke down after about 5 mins use. So, I've made two trips to the store, and ended up back where I started, less the 80. I wouldn't recommend them to repair anything based on my experience. Nice period building however.
