What's the point of phoning up to arrange a pick up time if when you get there your still waiting 20mins for your order?

Ive had many Chinese takeaways in my life & this one always hits the spot. First time going was 9 years ago & it only gets better every time I go. Family run business that are down to earth. If you order over the phone, expect a 5-10 minute wait, as they cook it fresh when you arrive. Cash only, ATM just across the road.
