Not even worth 1 star. Over 2 hrs & still no delivery. Lied on just eat saying it had been delivered and it hadnt, rang twice to chase order, told twice on way, and this was rubbish as wasnt on way. Dont bother wasting your money. Will NOT be ordering from here again and definately do not recommend it

I very rarely go to the effort of leaving negative reviews, but my experience was bad enough to deserve it! My food hadn't been delivered nearly two hours after I rodered it. I phoned up and was told it would be 15 mins. After a further 30 mins I phoned up and was told it was out for delivery. 30 minutes after that I phoned up to be told they'd tried to deliver it to the WRONG house, and when I didn't answer the door they assumed I didn't want it so cancelled the order. I will be expecting a full refund, but based on tonight's experience I'll have to phone several times before giving it up as a bad job...

We waited 3 hours for delivery, and then order was incomplete, missing main meals. The food was substandard; cold, greasy and lacking in flavour. Phoned at least three times, to be told 10-20 minutes. If they were too busy, to stick to the 1hr delivery time quoted, then they should have been honest with us so we could make the decision to either wait or go elsewhere. In future we will be going elsewhere.

Ordered and paid for food that never arrived. Called to see when order would arrive, to be told they had attempted delivery (clearly not to this address) refused to deliver food and refused To refund payment. DO NOT USE
