You can see the chef pulling the noodle right in front of you, that's how they made the noodle every day and every single bowl of noodle were hand made noodles

Amazing food here! Had a huge bowl of Braised Beef Noodles plenty of noodles in a lovely broth and the beef just melted in your mouth. The chef is continuously hand pulling the noodles from fresh in the background while you eat, great to see. Well worth a visit. Be careful if you're adding a bit of spicy stuff using the ladle on the counter, a little goes a long way
