        I've found that KFCs app ordering is very temperamental. Cannot trust it in the least. I've had my order get removed off the waiting screen on multiple occasions without my order being ready to collect. Super frustrating. Would have given them an even lower rating if the food was bad too hahaha. Always got to wait around at KFC is a bit of a chore. 01/05/2023 - waited over 25 minutes for my order last night, please see picture. Absolutely terrible and they didn't even give me my chips so got mugged off really, would've gone back but was so hungry so just let it slide.
