Joe at Kelham Concept Limited was instrumental in the opening of our Leeds branch. He guided us from start to finish with advice and knowledge managing our site development. He ensured construction contracts were in place and kept in close contact with us regarding payment control with the contractor. This allowed us to spend more quality time running our business knowing the extension and refurbishment was in safe hands. Joe Ellwood was the Project Manager for our factory extension from November 2019 to 2020. The whole process was well managed at all times with attention to detail, and effective liaison and communication with contractors and client.
