        There is constantly a crowd of people from this group stood on sheffield high street. They block the foot path and obstruct the way for busy people passing by. They also have made racist and disrespectful remarks which I have heard . This group seem to be on the high street regularly and are all from Black or African backgrounds. I understand that this group is supposed to be helping people? These individuals need help themselves with their bad manners, racism, obstruction of pathways and general arrogance. A bit of intelligence and common sense goes a long way, so if these people want to be taken seriously then they should at least conduct themselves in an appropriate manner in public. Obstructing public footpaths and uttering racist and disrespectful remarks is simply moronic to say the least.
