Keep Renew company as far away from your home as possible. If your insurance company appoints Renew to deal with the flooring part of your claim please go back and ask them to appoint someone else. This company are dishonest, rude, incompetent and quite simply do not care. They turned a two month job into a four month job through getting the most simple things wrong, and it seems the more you chase them on it the longer it takes. Why reputable insurance companies like More Than use these cowboys is beyond me as they cost my insurer thousands of pounds more than what it should have cost if they'd have got it right first time, not to mention my insurance premium. They don't event fit the flooring themselves, they farm this out to local suppliers and even they admit that Renew are useless. If there is a mistake to be made you can guarantee Renew will make it. Avoid at all costs!
