Reflective Desire

Chose Reflective Desire as they appeared to enjoy a healthy reputation. Booked the car in for a mobile headlight restoration but Alex did not turn up as arranged in the morning. I hadn't heard anything by the evening so I rang up to see if there were any issues but was told he'd forgot. Can happen so rearranged for the following morning but after the arranged time I was told there were van issues so the appointment couldn't go ahead. A frustrating experience as I had rescheduled my work around the available dates so not great to be told the appointment was forgotten about. Service: Headlight polishing

Had a full valet for my Fiesta as I was going to sell it. Was very happy with the results, it looked and smelled like new! Would definitely recommend!

Contacted Alex last minute, as I was booked in with a competing valeting company, who needed to cancel my appointment at very short notice. Alex was very accommodating and managed to squeeze me in the very next day (life-saver!). Alex did a wonderful job on my car, both inside and outside, and the car looked absolutely perfect when used as a wedding car a couple of days later. Thank you Alex!
