Very poor service, fitted an alarm/ immobiliser and told us it was insurance approved which turned out to be a blatant lie, when the vehicle developed problems and a garage investigated the issues it turned out the alarm/immobiliser was fitted by wrapping wires together and insulation tape. I am awaiting a report from Ford then pursuing legal action. Avoid at all costs
