I have recently taken order of my new Seat Leon from Carsave Leasing who were able to secure a fantastic deal for me on the car. This is my third time leasing with Carsave and the customer service was top class as usual. I opted for a maintenance package this time around for added peace of mind throughout the contract. I Would always recommend Carsave for anybody looking to lease.

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from Tom at Carsave right from Day 1 to the delivery of our new car. This was the first time I had gone down the lease route and if I am to do it again I would have no qualms about using Carsave based almost entirely on Tom's service. Tom was super responsive both by email and phone and took the time to explain the T&C's in plain language and answer all of my questions. The most impressive part of the service I received was Tom's reaction to me moving the date forward twice for my preferred delivery date. I was asking an awful lot to get the car for when I wanted but time after time Tom went out if his way to engage with the retailer to see what could be done. Tom never over promised and managed my expectations really well At the end of it all, we received our car 2 weeks in advance of the initial agreement. A very very happy customer. Top marks all round.

Highly Recommend! It's my second time using Carsave and both times I have found them extremely efficient and professional in arranging my new car. Mainly dealt with Jon (Harvey), who was always very quick to respond to any queries I had. He also didn't mind me asking lots of questions when running through alternative car options. He even emailed me back when he was supposed to be on leave. The car arrived quickly and it was a swift service. I will use them again when I need another car!
