Mike explained the terms of the transaction very patiently. And even though there were slight delays of the delivery of the car, we were always kept up to date of what to expect. While Priory's business model means we couldn't see the car or test drive it beforehand, the way we were treated and the inclusion of servicing, warranty and valeting service gave us a real sense of trust that we were well taken care of. We'll definitely recommend Priory Automotive to anyone looking to buy a car.

A very friendly efficient, professional service and unique buying experience, from the very start , with finding my new, very low mileage car, directly sourced, but without that main dealer hefty price tag! Plus a more than satisfied price offered for my part exchange too! A very big thank you to all at "Priory Automotive", but especially to Michael, for his very pleasant and courteous manner, who took all the troubles and toils out of me trying to find a car myself, with high pressure salesmen and unwanted sales calls. It felt easier than ordering a pizza! And when the car was delivered and arrived on my doorstep, with the condition of the car, it could have come straight out of a box too!
