He was not at all pushy and his communication skills were excellent keeping us appraised at all times. His valuation on our trade in was very fair and the vehicle we purchased is in excellent condition. I purchased the citroen dispatch as I needed a van quickly. From first contact to following up and sales advice, Jay was not what you think of your stereotypical second hand car dealer, he was polite, approchable, easy to chat with and kept evwrything super simple, not pushy or going for the sale, just nice. Van will be converted to a camper and loved that it was cleaned out and made presentable before my journey back to the Highlands. Thoroughly recommend and would happily deal here again.
