I recently bought a Peugeot 207 from here that drove fine and was a reasonable price (with a guarantee). There was a fault with the turbo within the guarantee period which was fixed quickly with great customer service through out.

Terrible, turned up to look at a car they had advertised on auto trader, the lad there told me they didn't have any car like that, which I could clearly see. It had flat tryes. I was unsure if I had come to a car dealership or scrap yard.

Awful experience. Would not recommend H&A Cars under any circumstance. Please read before buying a car. Bought a Vauxhall Corsa and a day later the engine warning light came on. Took it back to H&A and before I opened my mouth they asked if the engine light had come on, which suggests they knowingly sold the car to me with the issue. Took the car back 3 times for them to rectify the problem and was never provided with proof that any work had been done and the light continued to come on after a few miles. I had been promised that they would replace the catalytic converter as two independent garages had confirmed this was the issue, it was never replaced. Ended up taking them to small claims court under the Consumer rights act 2015 and won a full refund. However, during this time they were aggressive when communicating with me. Even when the court order stated they needed to provide me with a full refund, they repeatedly pressured me to return the car and recieve only a partial refund. Thankfully I was able to stand up for myself and win the court case but would hate for other people to have to go through the process.

take your boxing gloves just in case. the sales guy went berserk was angry/foulmouthed and rude, you have been warned, when did buying a car and spending thousands become such a tragic event

I purchased an Excellent Blue Ford Focus Diesel sport pack from H&A. The guys were very friendly honest and helpful. We are very pleased with the purchase. A small problem with the locking wheel nuts which cost 60 to rectify was promptly refunded by them. Would definitely Recommend. Excellent Purchase and after sales Service - Would recommend
