I have had a completely bad experience with them on a golf that I purchased they refused to fix issues with the Bluetooth and aux system and fit a stereo which was not fitted correctly which made my battery drain all the time I had to pay AA on to separate occasions and they only gave me 35 towards it ,Nathan has taken no ownership they even told me I had to pay them cash towards repairing my car which had an existing issue with it .I am now in the process of taking them to court to get back all the money I am owed I have been treated very unfairly by unicarz and they are not very professional they like to cut corners I have tried to sort this issue out over the phone with Nathan who refused to listen to me my consumer rights have been breached I paid 8k in cash for a car in good faith not knowing they didn't check things work on the car before selling it to consumers I will get my justice now via County court and I would avoid this dealership at all costs. The AA warranty the sold me was not even in existence when I made a claim I was told they didn't pay their bill which Nathan provided me prove when they did decide to make payments this is completely unacceptable.

First time speaking with Steve on the phone about my car I wanted to buy I have not met him yet but I knew he was a good man and the services was top notch and genuine I will definitely recommend anyone and trust me I will definitely do more business with Unicarzthe car I bought from him is even more cleaner on ground than pictures thank you so much Steve

Purchased vauxhall mokka from these guys first impressions not great advised new handbrake button put on the car which he told me he purchased from BULLSEYE. Checked this with bullseye and they don't even sell them. I then find out the button is not the correct fitting for the car so now have no handbrake. I would recommend avoiding these people. Have a signed document saying that they will cover costs of the repair that I incur and unicarz (Steve) has refused to honour that. He wants to repair himself with an after market replacement button but there is no aftermarket button. Wouldn't trust them to repair it if they're willing to put cars up for sale knowing these faults are there.Will be taking further through the motor ombudsman. Communication to be honest was great but as soon as I provide the quote Steve decides he doesn't want to pay and starts telling people that it isn't faulty. No service books or logbooks provided with vehicle even though vehicle says it has full service history and logbook. Quoted repair price 382.80 which would solve all issues Not a 7 ebay job. There's a reason it's 7 because it's not the right part.

Needed a car and Unicarz had me on the road in a week with full AA warranty plus service. This is how a no fuss top service dealership should work. I would recommend UNICARZ 5 stars
