Abysmal service. This review is for the people (including me - at the time) who think about going to them because they're a main dealer - DO NOT GO HERE! Abysmal service. My story is simple: had a cruise control issue (it wouldn't work). So I booked it in for a day, 9 to 5 their schedule and I was told it's gonna cost 100 in VAT, parts and labor (whatever that means to them). No update the whole day then at about 4pm I got a call from their mechanic or something basically saying "yeah, I need more time to investigate and this is gonna cost you another 149 just for the investigation, not for the fix". Big red flag but I went with it. Second day same story so I called them for an update and I've been told that my pedal box needs is the problem and the fix is going to be another 1,500. Absolute joke. Besides my cruise control issue I had booked a fuel flush as they recommended. They did not do that either. Anyways, after I refused to pay 1,500 for the pedal box replacement, I took my car back and I decided to change the clutch pedal switch and my cruise control started working. You want to know how much that switch cost me? 10!!! Not 1,500!!! Please, if you can, avoid these jokers at any costs. They will try to rip you off as much as possible and not even do the things they "recommend ". I thought that if their mechanics work on Vauxhalls all day they know what to do. They do know what to do, to rip you off not how to repair your car. Avoid avoid avoid lol

Purchased a car from this garage with the standard 12 months warranty and paid for the 2 years extended. Called the included breakdown service out due to a flat battery, they advised me it's a software fault and will need diagnostics. Cleared this with both the garage and the warranty team before taking it in to a dealer garage, it turned out to not be software so they have refused to pay the diagnostic charge and stuck me with the bill. Had I known I was supposed to be both an expert mechanic and clairvoyant to be able to not get stuck with the very unexpected bills I purchased the warranty to avoid, I wouldn't have bothered with it. I claimed again on the warranty due to another issue not long after and it took 5 hours and 11 phone calls for them to pay the bill so I could have my car back. I recommend buying elsewhere.
