One of the worst customer service Ive ever seen and most unprofessional director Tony. Sold vehicle with buckled alloys, tried to straighten them (didnt worked out) then completely trying to avoid any responsibility for it. Just dont use this company at all

My first time of dealing with this company and I am very impressed. I have dealt with dealerships most of my working career as a driving instructor and personally too. I took my Mitsubishi in for a repair which was diagnosed and then after the part was ordered repaired promptly. Would like to thank all the staff and Steve the (service manager)? for a great job. On arrival this morning I was greeted by my name ( which straight away made me think wow these guys are on the ball) and the chap who eventually handed me my keys back ( sorry didnt get your name) seemed genuinely interested in my repair and knew exactly what my car was having done! A very professional outfit which I highly recommend. Thanks

By far the best servicing dept Ive ever used in 30 years of driving, the young man Josh on the front was brilliant from making the booking over the phone to seeing the whole job through the workshop, a real credit to the company.

Been using Europa for years and always trusted them with mine and my families cars. Cant recommend them more highly for sales service, you name it theyre my go to every time!
