Family have been a long standing customer. We were previously very happy with the services but had issues over the past couple of years at a time when we really needed the service - not getting calls back, lack of communication, tasks not being done. Eventually we stopped hearing back from the accountant with no explanation after using his service for some time. We had to find a new company in the end.
