Stagecoach Rawmarsh Depot

3 stars for me as had a rude driver. Need to catch a bus today 18/4/23 as my vehicle is off the road and I dont like public transport but needed it on this occasion. I need a day connect ticket so I could catch both stagecoach and first buses. 8 which yes is correct for the ticket but wanted to pay by card he said no for this connect ticket it has be cash only so I questioned why? But he couldnt give me a valid reason so luckily I had the cash. Later I rang stagecoach Rawmarsh and the lady was very helpful. She says hes a new driver and got things completely wrong. A weekly ticket is cash only not the day ticket. The main problem also was driver was very rude. Gave 3 stars because because the lady at depot was very helpful.

1 star because you cant give 0. The drivers have no people skills what so ever and are extremely rude and nasty for no reason. I had a severe panic attack due to the way one of the drivers spoke to me.

Stagecoach needs a new big boss, i feel like the drivers get a lot of stick for how the services are at the moment. One of the drivers had to stop here and not do a full route cause no drivers was avalibable to do it! He said "We've got drivers from liverpool coming to fill the demand" i feel like they need a bigger payrise to attract more drivers and the big bosses need to realise this The drivers are top notch but the relibility is so bad
