        I went to The YBS today with a friend who wanted advise regarding her savings Rachel the lady who dealt with her was amazing Really knowledgeable helpful and very easy to talk to She is an asset to the business Cannot commend her highly enough We also spoke to her manager Tracey who should also be mentioned
