Absolutely amazing bc place I come here all time and the people never get sick of me ordering the same thing over and over theyre very nice people and the food is absolutely mind blowing I definitely recommend

I personally don't like the tapioca pearls here, not chewy and they lose their consistency, it's like they have been soaked in water for a very long time. Time of making drinks: too slow. I went there with my friends and we ordered 3 boba teas and it took 20-25 minutes to get the drinks. Business ethic: Bad. As I said above, we went there together and ordered 3 drinks. I asked for a loyalty card (when you get 5 pumps aka 5 drinks you will get one free drink). Instead of asking me if I'd like to have 3 separate cards or I'd like to have 3 marks on one card, the lady there didn't ask at all and got me 3 separate cards, with one mark on each. That means we were forced to buy more drinks from her (while we don't go there so often)

Didnt even get a taste test of the icecream wanted to try but bought anyways as I normally buy it in London. Taste was so disgusting binned it immediately didnt get a refund staff were very impolite
