        Bought some earrings and one earring broke as I took it out, didnt even get a chance to try it on, really bad quality and when I took it back to them they refused to give me a refund when it wasnt even my fault. Said they will give me half price if I buy something else but actually didnt give me half price just took 3 off on a 8 item Bad customer service and never let you exchange or refund would give 0 stars if possible. Very bad customer service, shocking for a business as big and established as theirs.
