Boxing gyms are always daunting if youve never been in this environment before. Honestly this gym however polar opposite. You feel relaxed and welcomed. Until its time to train and then get ready! However, no matter your level the support is there to get you through the session! I Would recommend to any one out there wanting to push their fitness to the next level , just starting the journey , or just wanting to mix it up!

Brilliant atmosphere and Ross is really good and knows his stuff I love it and so dose my 5 year old daughter we go together and it makes her day. Cheers Ross keep up the good work champ

Fun friendly environment, very fair prices and overall just a great place to be. Excellent classes for all ages, I have been to open sessions and also booked private family sessions with Ross and the team and I can honestly say they're brilliant. Ross himself is brilliant with kids and knows exactly how to get them out of their shell, he's an excellent motivator and really gets them involved in the workouts. All the workouts are great, he constantly mixes things up so you're always pushing yourself and body. Highly recommend Boss Boxfit to anyone. Excellent work Ross, keep it up

5 out of 5, my kids absolutely love going to Rosss classes, hes so professional, and has built a great rapport with them, theyve tried a few different gyms and never really wanted to go, but boxfit they dont ever want to miss it! The adults classes are brilliant too, really hard work, but worth it! All round quality service

Amazing, just started boxing again, with my partner, mixed session 11am on a Saturday, so we'll co ordinated, haven't ached like this in years,.and dont be afraid to come down both so helpful my first time to the gym was made so welcome, Amazing session.
