        If youve never been to a boxing gym but always wanted to go then this place is for you. Incredibly welcoming. Ive never been to a boxing gym before and was nervous at first but that soon went after just one group session with Jono. Now I go twice a week at least. This is all down to the welcoming atmosphere of the gym and the people who go there.

        Excellent for our daughters first visit. Very friendly and accommodating. If you are thinking of trying out boxing for your kids then I strongly suggest you go here.

        My son really enjoys coming to the sessions run by Jono, he finds it really fun and the coaching is fantastic. The gym facilities are great, we appreciate all the support and motivation.
