They have 2 phone numbers listed....tried one of the message and call without luck... Then i saw another number on facebook which was told that they just came back from holiday after it worked this number to get an answer... I tried to explain that I wanted to sell my ebike but was seemingly in a rush to run off after mentioning some particulars of my ebike that I wanted to sell....and assumed that it's a cheap one (and perhaps useless one for their extravagant and similar to a new car prices on facebook) , yet to me it seemed a lot when i bought it.... Nevertheless, after mentioning these particulars from my ebike, said that needs to go and could even offer an alternative or a solution....just rushed off quick.... I'm not sure how it got so many good reviews unless it's done in a different way or unless it's based on same group/kind of people... not mentioning anymore details here.... Sadly, this person definitely was unhelpful to me, and couldn't care less about anything but the money after seeing the extravagant prices for ebikes on their facebook; (I would rather buy myself an electric car instead for those amounts)...so I will Never contact these people or this kind again....they are careless, unhelpful to say at least and ... that's best left at this as it's not worth saying anymore....Not good overall for me..

Agreed a price with this lot. First they said they were too busy to turn up and after me pressing gave-up. Not recommended.
