I thought we were meant to use local shops for more friendly, better service? Hah. Recently (elsewhere) purchased a 1600 gravel bike, and on taking it down to them to look at buying some extra kit including panniers etc, found their service to be condescending, unhelpful and expensive. Literally got laughed at for asking about dyno hubs, because theyre for serious cyclists who might do multi day bikepacking trips, and not casual commuters. Ended up at Decathlon - MUCH friendlier and way better value.

Super friendly and super helpful guys. Proving there is still a place and indeed a need for local knowledgeable bike shops. Even got a brew.. Brilliant service, brilliant people..

First class, one of the guys dropped what he was doing to help and you can't say fairer than that. Edit- I've now been coming here for a year and have only ever had a 1st class service.

Came in looking for a particular set of headset bearings. The workshop couldn't be more helpful.
