        The items in the store looked OK but far to pushy for me as soon as we stepped in they pounced, but she was lacking in knowledge as I asked how much is that unit in the showroom as it is and she avoided the question and said it depends but if you have it on display shortly you would know the cost, all she wanted was our details to book an appointment for a measure up. So for me it looked like she was paid per appointment made so didn't want to tell us the cost as it would of put us off as with her not saying that's what we thought it must be overpriced. So I would advise you not to step in this store at all.

        I booked a design appointment; received a confirmation email and text message. We waited for an hour, no one made contact with us, and no allocated person to contact. Absolutley terrible service, we definitely won't be re-booking or using any services offered by Sharps!
