Have been using their Holy Grail facial balm for a few years now. It's extremely nourishing and the best product I've ever used. Highly recommend, all natural.

They are great botanists and if you are a customer then you should be fine and happy with the products. Nonetheless, if you are a business looking for a partnership we then recommend you do not operate with them. They have literally ruined our business and made us loose close to 10K (which we are still in the legal process of filing a claim). We started with a deal and this deal was quickly changed after a few months damaging our business forever. They are great botanists but not very good business people. At the moment they have literally copied our product photos and layout of website. They will give you the worst batch for the products you have ordered and did not even prepared themselves for Brexit, having an impact on themselves and everyone around. If you order a lot from them, they will 'assume' you are making a lot of money and change their prices at will. We had good intentions with them, including a partnership but we now see they never saw that and always treated us as 'enemies'. We were greatful for them and we tried to treat them good, including a Christmas gift they completely ignored and probably assumed we were so rich that we were giving them things away. We forgave SO MANY mistakes, nearly every order coming with something odd or not acceptable and we were always keen of caring for them. We would loose money on unsellable products just to avoid loosing them, in the end we lost our business. Very sad but good products, we just do not recommend doing business with, even if they agree with something it is a matter of time until it changes and all has become a HUGE problem to you, which will impact your life more than you imagine.
