Well - Sheffield - Herries Road

Diabolical service !! My prescription was sent to the pharmacy and seven days later I still hadnt heard if it was ready so I called in and they STILL hadnt done it !! The assisrant didnt apologise but only said they were short staffed and that the doctor doesnt send the prescription straight away. I went to my doctors and the receptionist told me it was actually sent SEVEN days ago. Excuses excuses. Unfortunately I wasnt able to give this pharmacy no stars or they wouldnt even have got this one. Disgraceful!

Cant beleive all the bad reviews especially the waiting time dont get me wrong its normally empty in a morning and you still have to wait ten mins..im also type 1 diabetic and iv never not got my insulin,,but i get a text telling me when its ready..so maybe people should sign up and stop moaning....And if you dont like the service they provide go to one of the 5 other local chemist in the area

Tell you things by text such as prescription ready go for it waiting up to 30 mins for them to get it ready not very pleasant staff
