I have been coming here for a long time . Had very good service until yesterday. Had an appointment yesterday and it had been reconfirmed. However it was cancelled. They emailed me but didnt call so I had no idea . Tried calling them to re arrange and the mesg I get is no longer able to take calls . It would have been nice if they had called me instead of emailing - as I arrived there to find the shop closed.

I have been coming to HB for years now but since the change in ownership it has become really unreliable. Ive had two recent appointments cancelled at short notice via email, no phone call prior to explain why. One appointment was however rearranged for the same day with Casey, who came in on her day off, which I appreciated. Service: Manicure

I booked an appointment at the heavenly body salon via the on line portal for pre holiday nail extensions. The appointment was confirmed along with the requirement to complete a form requiring all my personal details and medical history, which I thought was excessive for a nail appointment, certainly not adhering to DPA guidelines. I arrived at my appt time of 10:30 to find the salon shut. A few minutes later two girls clutching their morning brew appeared, sauntered over to open the door and told me a convoluted story about how they had just arrived and the person I was booked in with was pregnant and needing to go to the hospital so I needed to rebook. I appreciate that babies come when they want, however the lack of customer care and professionalism shown by these girls was astounding. At this point no one had made any effort to contact me or even apologise for my inconvenience . They gave the impression that they really couldnt care less. This salon is under new management, sadly customer service doesnt seem to be a priority.
