Went in for lamination.. someone must have booked the wrong thing as I came out with a wax and badly dyed brows.

I went for an eyebrow wax. Just to clean it up and shape my brows. Instead I walked out with half of my one brow waxed off, The other was alright. I did appreciate how well they responded to me bursting into tears but at the end of the day, they still have their brows and I now have to wait a few months before I've got my brows back. Quite sad because I had really good brows and just needed to get it cleaned up. Service: Waxing
