I AM SO LOST FOR WORDS! Absolutely disgusting customer service received from this salon. Will I ever be returning back? Never ever. Please do not go here and waste your money all I can do is advise and Im going to do my best to get my advise across to the people even thinking about visiting this salon. I went for the first time To this salon, I wasnt asked if I needed any help or what I wanted doing they just looked at my face in such a weird way. Then I said hello can you help? Originally First I was told over the phone to come in at 2pm just for a little fringe cut I wanted. I then went in at 1:50 making sure Im on time they made me wait for 30 minutes as the hairdresser was on his break which I was not happy with but still waited as I needed my fringe cutting for a wedding the next day. I then returned back minutes later as I walked in they looked at me so awkwardly and didnt bother coming up to me saying you can take a seat or are you back for your cut instead they stood smirking then the hairdresser walked to me laughing in my face saying I have someone for colouring I thought you wouldnt return???? When I told them I will Definitely be returning. They even said they had 3 hairdresser on the phone so I asked if they can get someone else to do it but they said no we cant u can wait 2 hours if u want too? When they already mugged me off. Absolutely disgusting. However I went to subeyz hairdresser on shoreham street who was absolutely amazing made me feel a lot better and got my fringe cut asap.
