Love my lashes and pre paid for my infill. Got a message saying they had ceased trading and cannot get my money back. Fuming!! Robbing swines!!! Chesterfield branch.

Started coming to flash about 7-8 months ago and really rated it and recommended to my friends. Recently, it's felt like the only priority is profits; prices have gone up but time for services has gone down. When my appointments have had to be rescheduled, managers don't even bother ringing but just get whoever is in to call and they don't offer much flexibility on their side when trying to rearrange an appointment booked for a few days time but expect you to be free whenever. Would no longer recommend to friends (have had some have really bad experiences) & probably won't come in again. The staff themselves are really lovely but the leadership/owner definitely don't prioritise customer experience. Services: Acrylic nails, Eyebrow tinting
