I have just had the most wonderful morning with Basia. I cant rate her highly enough. She made me feel so comfortable. She was lovely to chat to and has done a fabulous job on my hair. I also seriously recommend the facial massage! She was amazing. I have had many facial massages in spas etc and hers is by far the best I have experienced. Ill definitely be back!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked an appointment online only to receive a very rude and unprofessional demand to add my security note to the appointment booking. After trying several times and emailing that website does not allow you to do this the salon owner demanded my code through email which I did promptly only for her to immediately redeem yet she then continued demanding I add the code to the appointment. I rang the salon numerous times to ask for assistance in adding this code but instead received a very blunt and unprofessional message a few hours later from the salon number saying 'u called me'. After a two week long faff I turned to Groupon for a refund who have been extremely unhelpful as the salon owner had already redeemed my voucher and has now lied to Groupon claiming that I am in fact coming to an appointment today and everything is fine. I cancelled my appointment a week in advance and have emailed the salon to get confirmation that I have not received the treatment in order to get my refund however all of a sudden she is not responding despite the constant replies when the owner wanted my code in the first place! Throughout this process the salon owner has been extremely rude and has actually taken the money before she has even carried out the treatment. The owner is very unprofessional and this whole experience has been stressful and unpleasant. I do not recommend booking any appointments with this salon.

I booked through here for a full head colour via wowcher. The lady asked for me to come earlier, so I did. Upon arrival she had already two more people in my booking space and made me wait an hour while I watched her absolutely butcher a little girls hair. I waited and when it came to doing my hair, she told me she could not get my hair any more than 2 shades lighter and refused to carry out the work despite offering to pay more. She also redeemed my voucher with wowcher so I cannot get a refund. I later went to another salon who did my hair 9 shades lighter with no damage to my hair whatsoever. Upon leaving and saying I will go elsewhere, she rudely told me not to change my hair dressers all the time. This is the first one I had been to since moving back to Sheffield and I will definitely not be returning. Extremey unprofessional, unable to complete the simplest of task and a thief.
