It's a shame I'm having to rate this so low because I've been going for years now. Sometimes the hair cut wasn't exactly how I wanted it but often it was still good, and the staff were friendly so was happy to return. However had the complete opposite today though where my hairs been done no where near what I wanted. I felt I gave clear instructions on what I wanted (which wasn't anything complicated) and the guy didn't understand so I had to repeat myself. Also was left with bits of hair down my neck for the first time which has usually been cleaned up nicely, but it's caused so much irritation. Not sure if it's someone who's cut my hair before but very unhappy with the results.
