        About to CLOSE DOWN permanently. The only branch Barclays have is the one in the city centre which is not convenient, and will undoubtedly also close due to lack of customer use.

        Very unhelpful staff, always trying to force you to use the machines, I want to deal with an actual human being not a machine.

        Says they close at 15:30 they dont counters close at 14:00. Their machines wont except business cheques. Advised to come back in 2 days time

        Went in to try and pay money to credit card with a different bank, bill somewhere in postal system (that's another story), no you HAVE to use a machine or do it by phone, you know what Barclays? You just lost another customer!
