        Hi Zahir ... Got to agree with you . Its a dump . Worst customer service i have ever had .... Anywhere . Full stop . I hope head office reads this ..What were the two male staff find to talk about with their friend the entire time I was in the branch ? They knew I was waiting and did nothing ... I approached the cash desk and she disappeared behind a wall . One woman said she was the mortgage advisor and couldnt help It was suggested I put my cheque in a envelope and put it in a machine .... I wanted a reciept and a balance from the cashier .. That was why I waited ... This place needs new staff ..... What do I do ? I have been in sales for over fifty years and have an envied reputation for exceptional customer service ...

        Don't care about disabled people and leave them with no money or heating in minus condition and they would not cash a chque any sooner left a disabled person who had no electric or food for 5 days and laugh at by customer service DO NOT BANK WITH THESE CLOWN PEOPLE
