Cold pasties and burnt lattes, if it's none of these, then it's the wrong thing you asked for! The lady gave me the wrong item today, went back to exchange it for what I asked for and she said the last one had gone, the other worker was sat shoving something in her face, my best guess is the pasty I paid for, then they refused a refund. Great day, great service.
