    Dreadful. Bought a full set of tailored blinds for my NV200 but there are gaps round the edge. Contacted them and they replied 'a 1cm gap in places is acceptable'. So they are now charging me return postage for something that is not as described. Awful curt response, no customer service. I bought from the UK to avoid this kind of nonsense.

    Received blinds that are supposedly tailored for my car model year but poorly covering the windows. One not even fitting it. I emailed them but they are saying that they can't accept returns as their product is made to order, and have stopped replying. I won't stop here. Stay away from this dishonest business.

    At first the service was great. I'm from Australia so I asked specific questions about the mats required for my car before ordering to make sure they were correct and got great assistance. The incorrect mats arrived and I was told they "were surprised I ordered them given the templates looked different". I was then told the mats were different from UK cars to Australian cars. Now I'm surprised that Porsche would make a different floor plan for the UK and Aus market? No offer for any assistance, refund or anything like that. Basically it was my fault and I was stupid for ordering incorrectly. Now stuck with $200 useless mats.
