        I rang at 4:45pm on a Friday evening desperate for a part that they had in stock, a very helpful chap named Darrel answered and was happy to stay and wait till I got to the shop to after closing hours as he appreciated me as a customer. Well done Daz keep up the hard work and commitment.

        The chap on the front desk or should I say upstairs as a bad attitude and customer skills I was in the shop front ordering parts and he said I'm on the phone upstairs aswell then keepted my waiting over 30 minutes I think he needs retraining
