Had the great pleasure of dealing with mick from Samik motor factors of Greenland road today,had all the time in the world for me,after calling round multiple car spares and main dealers for a throttle body and basically been ignored or spoken down to i had the pleasure of speaking to and meeting mick,what a guy had all The time Im the world for me got me the correct part ordered even asked me to visit him in store to assure me it was the correct part on his computer,such good customer service from this guy,would definitely recommend,thanks mick

Good service unless you ask for something other than a light bulb or ball joint then you get fobbed off to ring the dealer like they can't be bothered to look or need to update their computers ( always problems with them) Slow delivery if your a local business using these, sometimes better to just drive to store unless you've got loads of time to stand about waiting overall not the worst out there but there are definitely better. Also pricing is way off sometimes think they need to update suppliers found them at times double the cost of other local parts suppliers.
