Solid gents, always give a price while you're on the phone.

Bad is the easiest way to put it.... I have been let down before by this company and vowed never to use them again, but for some reason I decided to give them another try. I emailed them from their own website, and was later told when I rang them that they never received the email. I re emailed the required items whilst on the phone, and confirmed they had received it, which they did, but they never got back to me again... I gave all the part numbers I could find and it was still too difficult for them to help me, so eventually I gave up and spent my money elsewhere. Bad form, very bad form.

From start to finish this has been the worst experience I have had with any company in the last 10years, I was approached at my own business and given a list of the things they could supply, the sales rep booked into to see me to give full details, 3 times the sales rep was a no show on the appointed dates and times and with no phone call or apology or even an excuse on the 3rd attempt. Eventually an area manager came to see me and explained what they could supply but did not have a price list on them (why come to a meeting if you don't have the prices of obvious items) 4 days in a row I rang to see if the email with the price list was on it's way and 4 times in a row I was told he had not managed to get to an email to send it. On the 5th day that I called on the monday after a weekend the area manager had gone on holiday for a week... So I contacted the store who passed my details onto another area manager. Two days later we received an email response informing us that they could not supply any of the goods we had requested, even though 3 separate people at the company prior to this had said they could supply them with ease. We had money to spend and were left low on stock due to waiting 4 weeks on promises that were never delivered, an utter farce of a company and it's beggers belief that in this economic climate a company that treats new business customers this way can stay a float.
