I have had a couple of issues with my second hand car since purchasing it. I also purchased a year of gold cover with TMO. Obviously it is worth reading the terms of the contract as they state what isn't covered and what is. I was caught out slightly as expected it to be a blank cheque when something needed repairing which it was not. I required a 500 repair and was able to get about a third of that back off of TMO which while not ideal, was better than nothing and was explained to me clearly why it would only be this much. I was rarely on hold for more than 5 minutes and their customer service came across as polite and helpful, Cameron in particular. Not 5 stars as I expected them to pay a higher hourly labour rate for work done.

After buying my car i unfortunately faced several problems. -Rusty exhaust needs to be changed. -Leaking AC system needs to be investigated and pipes replaced. -Tyre pressure valves not functionning ( *2 ) -Seized brake calliper ( *1) Every single problem has been rejected and not covered. Because : " it would be down to the garage to present information to show that the parts have not failed due to deterioration or wear and tear " the garage provided all requested informations and I think all mechanical parts are facing wearing and this is why they are causing problems.

Awful false sold and refused to help and fix car . Takes ages to get fixed . Don't waste your money
