Excellent - efficient , professional yet friendly, prompt service .GP was just prescribing different drugs , after 10 days of pain and no hearing and having the next step of waiting for a hospital referral, called Hallam care at 7pm at night in desperation , appointment 9pm that same night. Hearing restored and pain relieved one hour later. Cannot recommend highly enough

My ears were totally blocked as I have this problem every 1-2 years and it was difficult to get an appointment at my drs so I called Hallam ear clinic as I work in the area.They were so lovely and helpful and I got an appointment 2 days later on a Saturday.The process was the best I have ever had and I have had this procedure done many times!Lovely caring couple who make you feel very comfortable throughout.I will go annually now as I feel I have found a great place.The cost was 59 for both ears which was good value to get my hearing back!Thank you.

Having had this treatment elsewhere I was quite nervous about a repeat session. However I was really surprised how comfortable I felt with this clinic in Dore, Sheffield. No pain, a very relaxed and efficient treatment. with very considerate people. Thank you.
