        This service might be a good thing for allowing you to see a funeral service from the browser but what if your login details, provided by your funeral director were wrong, this platform only asks for your login when the service goes live, too late to test your login. No one wants to be calling their funeral director when their fathers funeral service goes live. Not a great experience. Would use another service.

        So livid on my mothers day that she was cremated, i told your staff repeatedly what her name was and you got it wrong. I am shocked and beyond upset, even on the 'USB' I was given her name was still WRONG!!!
