I was in need of an architect at quite short notice when I embarked on a recent property development project and didnt know who to turn to or to trust for the job. In short, I couldnt be more happy with Nathans services as he ticked all the boxes, he was prompt, efficient and professional. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail, in fact it was a bit of an eye-opener to see the amount of detail required for such a project. Ultimately, being armed with so much information prior to commencing the work it was a great aid in making the project run smoothly. Id happily use his services again in the future and will recommend him when the opportunity arises.

We have used Nathans services on a number of occasion and so instructing him for the work on our home was a no-brainer. Nathan provided a great service and delivered on the various commitments he made from the outset. One of Nathans overriding strengths is his attention to detail which is of particular importance with design work. As well as all other areas, the final design for the extension definitely satisfied our brief. We wanted a high-end contemporary design that complemented and contrasted the stone and period features of the existing building. As we were project managing the building works ourselves, we also benefitted from Nathans contacts of highly recommended specialists. Nathan provided regular updates regardless of whether we had requested this, which goes a long way to trusting everything is under control. Whilst self project management was successful, it was also time-consuming and so we would definitely consider Nathans project management services if taking on a similar project in the future. We love the design of our new home which now works much better for our family life. We highly recommend Nathans services.

We worked with Nathan to help expand a busy doctors surgery to gain more consulting rooms and staff space. Nathan's initial concept design options were great and considered things we hadn't thought of, that made the whole scheme work a lot better and more efficiently. The detailed technical design and associated information was very thorough with nothing missed off. This helped provide accurate costs plus it meant the actual building work was faster and easier for the site workers. We also found Nathan very amicable, easy to work with and flexible, with everything we agreed, delivered on time to a high standard. Everyone loves the new rooms, it's now a pleasant experience for patients to visit and staff to work in. We highly recommend Nathan's services and would happily use his services again in the future.

We employed Nathan to help design and project manage the expansion and remodelling of our large Health Centre and are very happy with the end result, its exactly what we wanted. Impressed with the attention to detail, engagement with stakeholders, how problems were solved and how easy the plans were to understand. Especially the 3D walk throughs, as these helped us and the staff really understand things. As the project was part funded by the NHS cost control and NHS approval was of utmost importance and Nathan helped us to achieve this without a hitch, although it was challenging at times. The project management side of things also went really well, after having bad experiences from previous construction projects. The contractors Nathan suggested, were professional, courteous, tidy and finished on time. Our staff are also really impressed with their new comfortable workspaces and how effective they are. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Nathan and we already have on several occasions.
