We were recommended Jonathan by a friend. We have had a two storey extension and reconfiguration of the whole property. Jonathan had really good design ideas for the house and suggested things we never would have thought of. He was very patient and explained things thoroughly and was always happy to answer our questions. As well as architectural plans he helped us with the planning permission process, the structural engineer reviews and helped us to find a builder. We would highly recommend him to others.

JCA were a pleasure to work with and made exciting, creative proposals that we could never have imagined ourselves. Jonathan was very patient as we considered all of the options and we are thrilled with the result. JCA's extensive network of local building contacts was invaluable when it came to finding a builder and we were delighted with their recommendation. Thanks to JCA our home is now a beautiful space which works perfectly for us.

We have used Jonathan to assist us planning our house extension. We had been in contact with a few architects but chose Jonathan because he was very approachable and helpful from the start. Our first contact was a free consultation at our home which was not rushed. He visited us on several occasions to go through ideas and his plans. He listened to what we wanted and gave us 3 different options all with 3D drawings to bring them to life. Jonathan has assisted us with drain issues that potentially stood in our way and contacted Yorkshire Water for us to get answers needed to progress the work. His idea to have a counter leaver roof solved issues and made the extension come together as one. Jonathan has stayed in touch throughout the build, even after we paid his final invoice. He takes great care in his work and clients. Jonathan recommended three builders to us, one of whom we chose to do the building work for us. Jonathan has a great relationship with our builder which for us took the stress out of a big project. We would 100 % recommend Jonathan to others. When planning our two storey extension on our very average 50s style semi detached house, we wanted to find an architect who could design something a bit different, out of the ordinary and on a very tight budget. We met with 3 people and found Johnathan Clements to be the most exciting; he understood our desires and really listened to what we wanted. He took on the mandate of design and value and created several ideas, pushing our expectations and preconceptions. We settled on a plan, but inevitably changed our minds; Johnathan was so patient as we deliberated over the coming months and he was also able to adapt to help get things through the planning application. We are overwhelmed with the end product and love our extension as it meets all our needs, brings an old house into this century and gets us excited to head home after a day out. We are very thankful and would definitely use Johnathan with any future endeavours!
