Spencer and Polly were delightful and very easy to work with, at every stage thought outside the box to achieve maximum space and integrated our loft conversion ideas into the design. The roofline was modified to become a mansard roof resulting in a huge top floor space with high ceilings, spacious rooms, large light windows and spectacular views. Spencer from Davey Stone Associates...... professionalism personified from start to finish. I employed Spencer to carry out the drawings on my loft conversion, to create two bedrooms, landing area and a bathroom. I now understand how complicated this can be and why you definitely need an architect! Spencer always communicated very clearly and once the building work was under way he vistied on site three times and when the job was completed. We paid the price he initially quoted which was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DSA's services.

My husband and I are currently working with Spencer and Polly from Davey Stone Associates on our kitchen extension project. They have been a delight to work with; really responsive and collaborative. I feel they have really taken the time to understand our taste and our requirements and have met our difficult brief to create 'wow' factor in a relatively small space with a choice of designs that blew us away. Deciding on just one design was the really difficult part, but again Spencer and Polly have helpfully guided us by reminding us about which aspects we said were most important to us when we first met them. Friendly, professional and very responsive. It was a pleasure to have Davey Stone prepare the designs for our house alterations. From initial design concept through to building regulation drawings, their proposals were very well considered and their 'can do' attitude was absolutely spot on!
